Government opens five new marine reserves

New Zealand's Government has confirmed five  new marine reserves on the West Coast of South Island in order to protect sea creatures. The names of the reserves are Kahurangi, Punakaiki, Waiau Glacier coast, Tauparikaka and Hautai. The main reason to open these reserves is to protect and care for hector dolphins and blue penguins.

Dan Carter is back !!!!

WHOO HOO!!!! Dan Carter is back yes he is . After a serious injury he chose to play his rightful and legendary sports  RUGBY. YES!!. The professional first five eighth set their time for Carter to move to Crusaders. The All Black win Carter 1000th game. A player like Dan Carter can be hard to let go but, worth to be like.  

The Enormous crocodile

The book ‘the Enormous crocodile’ is a book by Roald  Dahl. It is about an enormous crocodile who lives in a muddy swamp in Africa. The enormous crocodile wants to have a child to eat. He has a journey to find children and meets a few other animals. They ask him what he is up to. The crocodile replies to all of the that he is up to secret plans and clever tricks to eat a child.

My favourite character is the enormous crocodile he is mean, nasty and large his nastiness is so evil that I feel like being a master super villain over a hundred planets.

I recommend this book 5-9 because it is a junior novel kids would like it it is a very good book.

Marie Curie

Marie Curie was born 7 November 1867. She died 4 July 1934. She was very smart, she was the first woman to win a Nobel prize in chemistry. Marie Curie studied radioactivity with her husband Pierre. She started to work with Pierre in Paris because Poland was under the control of Russia.

I picked Joshua K's work because he loves writing, typing and he is a hard worker
