Nike Unveils Marty McFLY's Iconic Power-Lace Shoes On 'Back To The Future' Day

Nike Unveils Marty McFLY's Iconic Power-Lace Shoes On 'Back To The Future' Day

If you have missed it, Wednesday was ‘Back to the future’ day, for those people who are still not familiar with this three part movie. In Back to the Future the good characters are Marty McFLY and Doctor Brown. They travel 30 years in the future to the fictional city of Hill Valley, CA, on their mission to save Marty McFLY’s yet to be born children. The time they arrive is October 21st, 2015, which has truly been predicted. Billions and millions of fans are awaiting to watch the end of the trilogy.

Celebrating the event the famous Nike Mag Power-lace sneakers which are fully working model of the actual shoes McFLY wore in the movie. What is even better is that the shoes tie it’s own laces. So just sit back, relax and get walking in no time. The best thing about the shoe is that you don’t need to put batteries inside, the technology is all built in the shoe.

This does not happen to be Tinker Hatfield, the Nike planner who created the fictional design.
However, the 2011 model felt a bit short because in the movie it was a major flaw- It did not power lace.

Given that the shoes were inspired by Marty McFLY it was only fitting that the first pair of Nike Mags were delivered to Michael J. Fox, the actor who played the movie character Marty McFLY.

Child labour

Child labour
Child labour is a work force that harms children or stops them from attending school. Around the world millions and thousands of children are forced to work twentyfour seven against their will and against human rights and human dignity.

The international labour organization estimates that over 215 million children between the age of 5 and 17 are working under orders that are illegal. These children are working in dangerous conditions that are bad for their health and environment. They are used as slaves, beaten when slow in working, not fed with good nutrition and care, used in drug trafficking and sometimes to fight in conflict or war. They don’t go to school nor have time to play.  They work 24/7 not much rest but all the time working for their employers like machines.

Smugglers are even trying to smuggle children into other countries for money to sell them to people for labour.  They kidnapped children and sell them to factories as workers.   They promised them of good wages and pay and they don’t get any pay,  and sometimes  paid the minimal amount of 10 cents a day. They don’t give them clothing and good food but work long hours and no rest.

It is even worse when 115 million children possibly have to do jobs that are hazardous without the supportive clothes or some children are not even wearing clothes. One of every five children get paid about $00.10 and that is very low. I think the children should get a valued amount because in Australia they get $16 million worth tobacco to smoke and burn. If we can spare this money for the children then they have enough money for their needs and education.

Child labour employers are very mean and they don’t really care about the children and some employers only give a little amount of food because they just want the children to work longer.
